Wait button interval out of phase

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5713827.

Pelican crossing near top of Long Lane has always had a random wait interval of 10-50 seconds regardless of traffic volume. The interval is now random between 50 and 100 seconds, encouraging people to take some serious risks. Traffic volume is still irrelevant to the wait interval. Perhaps switch to a fixed interval of 15-30 seconds so we all know what's going on?
