The seating at the Eden Street bus stop outside Santander Bank is occupied by homeless people.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5727273.

The passenger seating area is covered by mattresses and bedding, including bags. This is happening repeatedly over last year and needs to be stopped. There is litter strewn along the seating area as a result, and it is disgusting and urgent action needs to be taken now and for future.
