They are again all staying in red

I have reported this to the company of the lights. These are staying on red in the evening which is resulting in all motorists beeping each other and jumping the red lights as they just don’t change.
It’s a busy junction and this beeping is going on all night. Again! If they cannot get them to work correctly then I will go and turn them off as it’s affecting my sleeping, causing issues at work and it is constantly happening.
