Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5770613.
The roadway drain is blocked and flooding the road. Some work was done on it recently, but it has actually been blocked for many weeks and remains so. Thanks

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
