Excess water on the road

Sent to TfL 3 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS5774146.
There is continuous flooding just outside 3 Ewell Road, on the street. A manhole has been patched up but that part of the road gets badly flooded, and cars suddenly swerve to avoid it, which is very dangerous for people with young kids in the area,
