Temporary Traffic Light installations STUCK on red
Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 11:38, Thu 28 March 2024
Sent to TfL 1 minute later. TfL ref: FMS5777667.
Temporary traffic lights are stuck on red, causing massive back log and confusion west/eastwards on Sydenham Road and southwards into Newlands park. Please fix this. This is yet another disgraceful temp installation by Thames Water (Ref #MU091SLS00081297306-0090). I lost count of the number of times i have observed Thames Water putting up temporary light installations that fail/don't work and obviously cost money to pay contractors who installed/provided the faulty lights.

Please can we have an update? I find it disconcerting that this happens more often than not, on temp.light isntallations by Thames Water. Are they overpaying not-fit-for-purpose contractors to install rubbish lights that fail after a few days? It is no wonder they are in debt and asking to raise our bills. This is a big slap to the consumers' face. More bills, less worthy services and MORE inconvenience.
