Traffic blocked on red route by cones no road works

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5777735.

Massive traffic hold ups for no reason as cones on road/3 way traffic lights and no sign of works.

Brings road and traffic management into disrepute if drivers and cyclists can't get through and are stuck for ages on red route and road works either finished or not started
