Countdown unit not displaying 57 departures

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5783720.

No bus arrival information regarding arrivals of route 57 is displayed at any time at this stop nor online, despite the bus frequently passing and stopping at the stop. I've noticed this at multiple stops across Wimbledon over the last 24 hours, only seeming to affect information regarding route 57, again despite the bus frequently operating.
