Traffic light is stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5786456.

Traffic light on approach road where you turn right to go under the bridge at Raynes park Library is stuck on red, again, waited for four change of lights, it stayed on Red so had to proceed with caution.
