Traffic lights on lordship lane broken

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5793940.

Temporary traffic lights broken, all on red, causing horrendous queues of traffic, lots of horns honking on a residential road. Please fix asap as they have been broken for a few days!
