The traffic light timing is not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5795026.
Approaching the Malden Rushett traffic lights using the B280 from Epsom. Until recently the timing of the lights allowed approximately 9 cars to go through at the green light. Last week this was reduced to 4 cars - leading to long queues on the B280 from Epsom.
