Subway light is broken - all others are dirty

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5797324.

The first light on the north side of the subway is out. This was raised via fix my street back in October 2023. The remaining 5 lights are in a very poor state and needs cleaning inside and out. They also need pigeon spikes.
