Somebody ran over the traffic lights with their car. The traffic lights and some other broken pieces, including broken glass, are laying on the pedestrian crossing

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault with these traffic lights. We have therefore passed this to our contractors and as it is classed as an emergency. It will be made safe within 24 hours. Lights are changing from red to green every 30 seconds or so. Making it difficult for pedestrians to cross safely. As well as being a traffic bottleneck with Bush Road/Rotherhithe New Road

Lights still alternating rapidly and seemingly randomly indicating a fault?
