Traffic lights timings are unbalanced

Dear sir/madam The traffic lights for Greenwich High Road A206 junction with Greenwich Church Street A200 is 15 seconds. The traffic lights for Nelson Road A206 junction with Greenwich Church Street A200 is 60 seconds 4 times longer. The result of this as I have been observing over several mornings is a long build up queue of traffic at junction along Greenwich High Road A206. Subsequently cars vans and trucks are speeding along narrow Nevada Street and left down King William Walk speeding left again onto Nelson Road as they can see an open road without traffic and then speeding through the 60 second longer light and therefore beating the queue on Greenwich High Road A206 substantially.

Can the lights be adjusted and balanced out as it is quite dangerous in the mornings on narrow one way Nevada Street which has cycling in both directions. The vehicles are accelerating aggressively and chasing the traffic lights so they can miss the queue of traffic on Greenwich High Road A206. Some are even turning right at the King William Walk junction with Romney Road which is illegal. Hope you are keeping well and able to reply or help with this town centre situation.
