Likely incorrect timings on temp lights/no other obvious way to report this

Hello.

Wanted to bring to your attention that the timings of the temporary traffic lights on the crossroads by The Wandle pub are likely incorrect and stay red for very long/many cycles, and therefore causing tailbacks to before Earlsfield station, where they are further added to by the timings of another set of lights there which floods the junction with vehicles from Openview/Earlsfield library’s direction.

Massively affecting throughout.
