Traffic lights stuck on red

Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 22:09, Monday 8 April 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5826509.

All the traffic lights at the Lower Road and Surrey Quays Road junction are stuck on red. I got stuck there for a solid hour and was late to work. It was a dangerous situation because people had to navigate their way through without knowing if anything was coming from the opposite direction. It was not the first time that happened. The lights were stuck on red the day before too. It seems like there is a problem with the lights, so why don't you just replace them instead of trying to fix them. It's extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
