Stuck on red for much longer than usual

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5836777.

At approx 10-11pm the lights on Croxted Road (Northbound) at the junction of Croxted and Norwood Rd stay on red for much longer than usual. It causes traffic jams and sounding of car horns from frustrated drivers. This has been an issue for several months.
