Change bus route

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5837047.

Today I was waiting at the bus stop GT the bus n381 ( galleyway road/ south Bermondsey station ) but it never arrived. No information were given. I check on my app and was written that was arriving at 4,26am but ends up that the bus was taking another route. I decide to change the bus stop assuming it was close and I arrived at the bus stop bemish house, here the app said that the n1 was passing in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes app said the bus was passing in 29 min. This is unacceptable. If there is something wrong/ not working you should comunicate in some way or at least place a replacement. There are people going to work in the morning and they are rely on the public transport.
