Numerous lighting columns missing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5840557.

The street lighting on the section of Rochester way relief road between Kidbrooke interchange and falcon wood has been in a bad state for some time. Most of the columns have been chopped off at the base and a small number of new columns with LED fittings have been put in but it has looked like this for a couple of years now. Having numerous columns chopped off at the base looks pretty poor.. it seems like a work in progress but if TfL wanted to upgrade to LEDs I don’t see why they couldn’t have just put LED fittings on the existing columns as has been done on the stretch of the A2 between falcon wood and bexley. As I say, the old columns have been chopped above the base and left like that and it looks pretty bad and leaves sections of the carriageway with no street lighting. Assuming this is an ongoing project, is there any update as to when it will be finished? Many thanks
