SM1 2DU - junction of Derby Road and 137 Cheam Road. Right outside an old people's home, tar covered temporary manhole cover, trip hazard.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
