High earth reading on main

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5850753.

There is a high earth reading on the main and ukpn need to turn off the traffic lights at j/o crossway + shackewell lane to investigate and test the service. once complete, tfl need to attend to turn the lights back on
