Loose drain cover causing noise disturbance

Customer called to complain a loose drain hole cover is making a lot of noise each time a vehicle is driven over.
The noise is all day and night and very loud.
The noise at night keeps customer awake and when a bus is driven over customer doors shake.
Customer request urgent attention to stop the noise. Customer request a reply explaining when would this be repaired to stop noise at night.
