Countdown faulty no electric

Reported via desktop in the Damage - other (bus stops and shelters) category anonymously at 14:50, Friday 19 April 2024

Sent to TfL 54 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS5875177.

Can I ask why the countdown at Tyler Street (heading towards Woolwich, North Greenwich or Bexleyheath) is not activated? The countdown and stop has been here for a long time now but the countdown still isn't working. I don't understand why the stop has a countdown if it's never switched on!
