Wait button stays on but never says walk
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5875179.
The normal cycle is Skinner St/Percival St, then St John St, and then pedestrian crossing both ways if someone has pushed the button. For the last several days, even when button is illuminated to show it's been pushed, there is no green man in the cycle.
