Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5875929.

No bus arrival information is being displayed on the Countdown unit This has been the case for the last 3 days. It's blank apart from a few pixels. This us the surbiton station stop outside Waitrose in the Kingston direction
