New road layout needs more markings and signage

Reported via mobile in the Worn out road markings category anonymously at 19:52, Mon 29 April 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5913572.

TFL keeps closing the multiple issues raised by concerned members of the public where a new road layout has been causing confusion with drivers. The junction connecting the Sidcup road with Kidbrooke Park road has changed from 2 lanes turning left and 1 Lane to go straight ahead or right to 1 lane going left, 1 straight ahead and 1 right. There is no signage to warn drivers that the road layout has changed and the markings need to continue to ensure no crossing over of lanes. I use this junction regularly and am now seeing many near misses plus driver aggression.

My previously opened case was closed with no explanation as to why.
