Unadequate Shelter

This Bus stop was renewed within the last 2 weeks. But the New Shelter is missing both side panels. The old Bus Shelter had them. This is urgently needed as this Bus Stop is very exposed to rain and specially to wind!!!!! There are a lot of less abled, elderly and young families who rely on this Bus Shelter. And to be honest both buses that stop there are unreliable, to say the least! So you are standing there for a long time waiting for the Bus, some timws mpre than 30mins, regardless the weather! And if you can't walk to the next stop, which is a bit of a distance on a raised and exposed area, you kind of stuck there!! And now without the side panels for shelter. Please, be kind and add the side panels to this Bus Shelter to keep the most vulnerable of our community independant, safe and healthy. Thank you. Kind regards. Dee A.
