Wheelie buns left permanently on the pavement!

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5938245.

Wheelie bins are left permananently on the pavement by residents.

The pavement is filthy with rubbish being dumped on an ongoing basis by two resisdents.

Empty plastic bottles, tissues all over the pavement.

Awful state of a busy pavement. At times pedestrians are forced to walk on the A20 due to the filth state of the pavement.
