Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5944231.

Temporary lights installed since yesterday - very bad traffic management and terrible timings all round. Not sure if works are even going on. Been stuck for half hour - simply disgraceful! Please can someone sort out this mess.
