Countdown indicator still not repaired

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6000448.

Bus indicator board at stop 73050 stop UG in Longbridge Road Barking has now been out of service for over SIX MONTHS with no bus information shown at all. How long is this going to stay out of action? If every journey matters why doesn't matter in Longbridge Road? What do we have to do to make you put this right?
