Street lights still not working (Wadham Bridge)

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6004483.

First reported on 1 December 2023, again on 26 January 2024 (FixMyStreet ref: 5496188.) and again on 25 March 2024 (FixMyStreet ref: 5764275)

We have two street lights not working and the casing of another broken along pathway, alongside Wadham Bridge, end of Guildford Road. Fix My Street confirmed that these are the responsibility of Waltham Forest Council NOT TFL (ref 5273286). Still nothing has been done to rectify?
