Countdown Not Working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6011877.

Customer called to complain the count down at the Station Road / the Green - Stop 'J' stopped working three weeks back and no attempt made to have it working again.

Elderly customers rely on this Count Down and request urgent action to have it working again.
