Bus Stop Closed Now 1 Week!

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6012733.

The ''Forest Hill Fire Station'' (stop N) has been closed for these road works for 7 days now. I have yet to see any work going on there either! It is impacting bus users as we now have to use either Kilmorie Rd bus stop adding 300m to my personal walk home, or Waldron Park Rd, adding 280m to my walk home... it's a nightmare when you've been working hard all day AND have to carry shopping home too! PLEASE . . When is our bus stop going to re-open? Can someone give the agency who is supposed to work either on the road (coned off) or the actual bus stop (No idea which - never seen any worker there!!) a nudge to GET ON WITH IT! Thanks

  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. The works are due to be completed 24th May, at present the lower level concrete is in its curing phase in the carriageway which is the drying process, once this is completed all traffic management will be removed and the bus stop reopened.
