Countdown says closed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6022660.

This bus stop is open, but the countdown says it’s closed. This is a frequent recurring problem every other week at this stop. Please inform whoever is in charge that the stop is open and to STOP reporting it as closed. I’ve witnessed elderly and less able people sadly walking 25 minutes to the next stop because they incorrectly think it’s closed.
