Standing water in road

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6028260.

Problem has been persistent for years. Noticed this has been reported as "fixed" on multiple reports which is a false claim. Makes road unpassable for pedestrians after rain and takes days to clear by which time it has rained again and so the problem is persistent.
