Crumbling concrete exposing steel rods on the flyover supports

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6076539.

Concerned and have reported previously that the steel reinforcements of the flyover are exposed due to crumbling concrete. Could be structural integrity issues. I have reported this before via web form. This has been an issue for a long time (I noticed over a year ago).
