Same as last month. Please actually fix it disrupts businesses and the people living here.
The two on high street ken are permanently red, the hill is permanently green, everyone is going at once and many almost accidents have happened

I wish to support the original complainant by pointing out that this is a fairly frequent occurrence. I haven't counted how often or how frequently, but I noticed the same problem just a few weeks ago.
