Traffic light stuck on red
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6093124.
Traffic light is stuck on red causing a lot of congestion on underhill. I know it is normally a bit of a wait to get past these traffic lights as they generally only have enough time to let 3 to 5 cars past before they turn red but they are taking longer than normal to turn to green
