Missing cover to TfL Traffic Light Control Box

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6103908.

There is a missing cover on the pavement (FRAME LID) on the pavement which is a TfL Traffic Light Control box + The local Council (Barking & Dagenham) have covered up the dangerous gap with a Street Pedestrian Board + There is a Section 81 notice relating to this incident (cover completely missing) number AGS 8156282644
