Phasing is wrong again. Reoccurring issue
Reported via mobile in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 16:52, Fri 14 June 2024
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6109228.
Lights on Teignmouth Gardens heading west (pictured) are only green for eight seconds. You have very kindly fixed this issue several times over the last few months reverting the green phase to around 12 seconds where it should be… unfortunately, the issue does seem to re occur every few weeks. This short phase fault is creating huge tailbacks onto Horsenden Lane South and beyond… I would be most grateful if you could look at a solution for this. Many thanks in advance.

In Teignmouth garden bus stop PH . The E5 bus not stopped most of the time but they supposed to. Cuz it’s hard for them to get into the signal and still some drivers do stop. So you should remove E5 from the list or ask every driver to stop there.

E5 has priority sadly, like them traffic lights that go red to let traffic through.
Also there is a main route onto the M-way (motorway) that a lot of motorists take, if TFL adjust timings it will tail back on all roads and considering that the main route is priority a lot of people will not be happy so tailing back here will be a solution, the tailbacks in the photo seems to have been caused by you, also texting and driving or using your phone is illegal.
You could have used dash cam to take photos before you say anything further.
I will warn you to not use your phone and drive once, failure to comply with basic law will result in reports to police being sent!
