Pedestrian Crossing Light is faulty/tempered. The Pedestrian Crossing button is damaged and left open. This a serious issue specially children can get electrocuted. And also automatically the signal turns red without pressing any button. Causing traffic jam near the roundabout without any one crossing the road.
