Overgrown hedge blocking pavement

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6115810.

Hedge at 97 Blanmerle Rd, SE9 2DY. Overgrown causing problems for people passing on the pavement. You can't get a buggy passed without going in to the road. There is a blind man who uses the road regularly, his dog has to then navigate the road and traffic to get around this.
