Traffic light is stuck on red, no warnings traffic being held back. Lots of disturbance towards residents.

The lights are still on red. Very annoying for residents as cars are yonking and loud! Please fix the lights!

Still not fixed, nor any traffic police to support the traffic. Very annoying and frustrating for residents.
