URGENT!! 18"+ Pothole (deep) in the middle of the junction

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6138803.
URGENT action needed. There has always been a small pothole in the middle of the junction, that oozes water. Suddenly it has got huge, probably 18" long and at least 6-8" deep. It's hard to tell as it fills with water. You can easily drop a shoe box into it.
It is REALLY dangerous, maybe even lethal to motorcycles coming down Shooters hill at the moment.
