Drains are blocked with vegetation and area has standing water as a result in heavy rain. This was raised in Jan 24 by me and reported as fixed in Feb 24 - it wasn’t.

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
