Overgrown hedges

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6148198.

The hedges along St Helier Avenue have become overgrown,Access from the main road is through the hedges along the Avenue as the cycle track is next to it ,it makes it very difficult to see cyclists and now there is a dander of electric bikes zooming along at 20mph.this is an accident waiting to happen.
