EMERGENCY - Traffic Lights for Pedestrian Cyclists Stuck on Red

Reported via desktop in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 09:18, Thu 27 June 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6161044.

EMERGENCY - Traffic Lights for pedestrian and cyclist crossing the very busy Hackney Road from Columbia Road is stuck on red light. No safe way for pedestrians and cyclists to cross the road. I personally seen a few near-misses as cyclists and pedestrians try to cross this junction. Very busy road with lots of cars. Note that this is a MAJOR cycleway with hundreds of cyclists passing every hour that leads into the city. Please attend to this ASAP otherwise there is a risk of a collision. Emergency.
