Green filter light not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6166396.

Green filter light not working on the opposite side of merrilands crescent. Traffic sitting in merrilands crescent then do not realize this and can lead to the roundabout getting clogged up at times. This issue has been ongoing for quite sometime.
