Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6189124.

Traffic light on the corner of Portland Road and Holland Park Avenue stuck on red coming from Portland Road.

I was on a bike and don't usually have trouble with these lights during the day when there are vehicles around to trigger the lights. But on this occasion there were no cars around and the lights did not seem to detect my bike. I tried more than one waiting position.
