Count down has never worked from day1

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6190029.

It’s not working at all. Contractor’s abandoned it after installation, we were hoping it will be switched on but never. It’s a busy bustop and sometimes you wait unlimitedly with anxiety. This is unfair. Having it there is worse than not having it all tbh. Please do something. We deserve better just like others in central london. I look forward to your help. Thank you.
